Florence Alexander
Founder and Managing Broker
Florence Alexander started her real estate journey as a single mother by purchasing two residential houses from friends to prevent their homes from being foreclosed. Soon after, she launched a US government contractor sole proprietorship that blossomed into an IT firm, Ebon Research Systems, that grossed $460,000,000 in its first 25 years of operation with 1,500 full-time employees in all 50 states. To house clusters of employees, she purchased land and built two commercial buildings and renovated ten existing commercial buildings. While building her IT company, she also purchased and renovated several existing residential properties to provide housing for Ebon employees. Following in the footsteps and encouragement from her real estate broker husband, she earned her real estate agent and broker licenses in the state of Florida. During the brokerage's formative years, Florence primarily used her real estate credentials to buy, sell, or rent her commercial buildings until 2025 when she expanded the Ebon Real Estate brokerage in the Central Florida area. The brokerage opened with a listing of her 15,000 square foot private residence for $5,999,000 with a $ 6.9M appraisal providing the home owner or investor purchaser with considerable equity.
